The Chemics come calling

Midland High strolled in to town Wednesday night boasting a 14-2 record and looking to add to that against the Oilers.

The bad news, Midland out shot Mt. Pleasant 54-11, the good news is goalie Adam Salisbury made 50 saves, the bad news is Mt. Pleasant couldn't muster a goal..........

Although Mt. pleasant played valiantly and Salsibury set a career high in saves, the Chemics were just too sound for Mt. Pleasant to fight back from the early 2-0 lead Midland jumped out too in the first.

The Chemics added an empty net goal at the end of the game for a 4-0 victory dropping the Oilers to 4-8 and they will be back at action on the 27th when they travel to Flint to take on the Tri-City Chiefs.
